Somatic Psychotherapy Sessions
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that works with the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences are not only held in the mind, but also deeply stored in the body. It draws on the science of trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation to help people access deeper layers of healing that traditional talk therapies may not always reach.
Rather than relying solely on talking or analyzing problems, somatic therapy invites clients to pay mindful attention to bodily sensations, posture, breath, and movement. This allows unconscious patterns and emotional memories to surface gently and be processed safely. The therapist creates a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner experience with curiosity and compassion.

Each session is a collaborative space where we explore what’s arising for you — emotionally, physically, relationally, or spiritually. You don’t need to come with a fixed agenda. We follow the wisdom of your body and what’s most alive in the moment.
